Leadership Giving

Our Leadership Societies – The Beacon Society (annual giving between $1,000 and $9,999) and The Tocqueville Society (annual giving of $10,000 or  more) –  are made up of community and business leaders who are passionate about changing lives, committed to creating action, and dedicated to bringing together the expertise and resources that get results.

Our Leadership Givers take on the biggest challenges of our region – empowering families to lift themselves out of poverty, preventing high school dropout, and giving every child a chance for school success.

As a United Way Leadership Giver, you join with others to shape change by helping to influence and guide our work.  You don’t just help people, you play an active role in transforming how they are helped.  You get to see our work in action, along with your family, through unique volunteer activities and to enjoy many other exclusive benefits, including:

  • Tocqueville Society Membership Benefits (Annual gift of $10,000 or more)
    • Recognition in the United Way Leadership Roster
