Alexis de Tocqueville Society members are catalysts for change - committed to advancing the common good by reaching out to others. Here’s how some of your fellow Society members LIVE UNITED.

• Dave Lemoine, a Partner at Deloitte, led 80 college students on an “Alternative Spring Break” to Gulfport, LA where they rebuilt Katrina-ravaged areas

• David Daglio, a Senior Vice President at The Boston Company, serves on the Board of “Everybody Wins!”, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing children's prospects for success in school and in life

• Norman Lang produced a special video highlighting United Way’s work to end family homelessness.

• Dana Weiss Smith organized an exhibit produced by Facing History and Ourselves called “Choosing to Participate”. Dana provided an opportunity for 50 United Way staff members to attend the exhibit, which reinforced United Way’s commitment to diversity in the workplace.

• Jeff Beale, Chief Administrative Officer at Eaton Vance, leads the Board of the Boston Adult Literacy Fund
