Patricia Latimore
Chief Financial Officer
Patricia Latimore is the Chief Financial Officer of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay & Merrimack Valley. Pat’s responsibilities include Finance, Human Resources, and Business Integration-Procurement, Facility & Office Services, IT, Pledge Processing & Campaign Services. As a member of the senior leadership team, Pat provides strategic expertise as well as focus and transparency to help UW to achieve its goals and mission.
Pat and her team provides key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, the management team and staff, our donors and the general public with key information which helps them to assess the UW’s effectiveness and efficiency. Pat’s responsibilities are varied and include financial management and control; business decision support; workforce needs and development; as well operational process management.
Pat is also a member of the Financial Issues Committee which is an advisory body to the CFO of United Way Worldwide (UWW) on financial matters effecting the United Way membership.
Prior to joining the United Way, Pat worked for State Street Corporation in leadership roles in Finance, Strategic Sourcing, relationship management and strategy development. Before joining State Street, Pat’s career spanned a number of industries—high technology, manufacturing and consulting—where she held senior finance, administrative and management roles.
Pat is the past president of the board of the Women’s Lunch Place and a board member of the YMCA Young Achiever’s Branch. She serves on the boards of Citizens for a Diverse Milton and Celebrate Milton.
