 <description>&lt;p&gt;LAWRENCE- United Way of Massachusetts Bay &amp;amp; Merrimack Valley announced today that it is investing $33,000 to &lt;strong&gt;expand the number of tax sites it funds &lt;/strong&gt;in Lawrence, in an effort to help more residents file for their Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), a refundable federal income tax credit for low-income working individuals and families.  <title>National Alliance to End Homelessness Releases new report</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;BOSTON&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;- Today, January 13, 2009, the Homelessness Research Institute of the National Alliance to End Homelessness (NEAH) released its second Homelessness Counts report, the first report to track changes in homelessness on both a state and national level over time.
