inspire4life Puck-Putt Challenge

Join the Boston Bruins, United Way and Boston Properties as local youth and their mentors team up to play a rousing round of “puck-putt”—miniature golf using hockey sticks! This event is all in good fun to celebrate the importance of mentoring and positive adult-youth relationships.
Bruins players will be on hand to guide teams through the front nine and demonstrate how they serve as role models for youth. There will also be a host of games and activities for adults and children:
- Listen to the latest jams with live music from Mix 98.5 radio
- Create a book cover for your kids or area youth at our “Creation Station”
- Try your hand at one of our many games and interactive activities
- Tell your story of inspiration at our “Video Vignette Station”
- Enter to win free prizes and giveaways
- Sign up to volunteer and to become a member of the inspire4life campaign
Why Puck-Putt?
The Puck-Putt Challenge is part of United Way’s inspire4life campaign, a community movement which calls upon adults to get involved with youth and inspire them for a life of success. Research overwhelmingly confirms that positive youth-adult relationships help keep kids safe and engaged in school, with options for a successful future. Unfortunately, too many youth do not have this kind of necessary support. inspire4life offers opportunities to make a difference in youth’s lives. Learn more at http://www.inspire4life.org.
